Wow !!! Great Candy, sweetie !!! My favourite stamping magazine is “Cards”…tons of ideas and I love the shape of it….it’s smaller and feels more like a book than magazine. Creativity oozes out of this magazine and I use it for ideas all the time !!!

I am a new stamper so I have only looked at a few and don’t remember which is which. I CAN tell you I visit splitcoast stampers several times to get ideas and inspiration, as well as awesome blogs like yours! I like it because you can see ideas from beginners and experts and everything in between!

Actually, I don’t have a favorite, except for The Stampin’ Up catalogs. I’ve never really looked at anything else up to this point. I did buy a subscription thru my son’s magazine fundraiser to try Paper Crafts, but it hasn’t started yet so I don’t know if I’ll even like it.
I really enjoy RubberStamp Madness. It has lots of do-able projects and articles on how techniques were done. It goes into more detail than many magazines and there are also articles on organizing supplies, how to use 1 design multiple ways, etc. Really a informative magazine! Would love to win that SU book!

Good Morning Dawn! My favorite craft magazine would have to be Card Maker. It has a lot of sample, especially of Stampin’ Up! and they have great ideas. My favorite magazine right now is Just Cards, because… well… it’s just cards. (clever name for that magazine!) I like how it’s just pic after pic of cards. I did like Rubber Stamper a lot but it’s gone now. 🙁
O I haven’t seen this book in a long time…and regretted I never bought it. But the real prize is your Cd of samples!! 😉

My favorite magazine is probably Creating Keepsakes. It helps jump start me when I’m trying to scrap and am “stuck”. I get layout ideas from it.

I love so many magszines that have anything to do with stamping, but I tend to have more Paper Craft. I like the inspiring samples and they show an idea 2 or 3 different ways. The sentiments are a nice touch in the back too.

My favorite magazine was The Rubber Stamper until it was sold. I also like Scrap & Stamp Arts. I used to purchase every stamping magazine but lately I am much more picky. My reason for getting magazines is to get ideas for cards. I taught stamping classes up until about 6 months ago.
I love Take Ten. There are not lots of ads, just pages and pages of samples! They are all quick to create, too. I’m only sad that it only comes out quarterly! Thanks for this fun run for blog candy 🙂 Happy holidays to you and yours.

I love that you are so diligent in updating everyday. It is a little suprise every morning to see what you are going to share with all of us.
My favorite magazine was Rubber Stamper. So sad that they were boughtby Crafts and Things. (Broken Hearted) I originally started reading it about five years ago because I loved the comentary at the end (the authors daughters name is Dayna) Then that was taken out and I held onto the promise that it would be replaced with new and exciting things…..no such luck.
Now I am off on my quest to find my next favorite stamping magazine. I will be sure to see what every one else is reading these days.
Oo, Oo, Ooooo this looks so cool! I’m newer to Stampin Up!, so I’ve never heard of this. But, my favorite stampin’ mag is SU!’s own Stampin’ Success for all of the wonderful samples they provide. And, because I’m a homeschool mom I don’t actually get out to craft stores much to go looking at other magazines (nor do I have a whole lot of extra time for it). So, this book really caught my eye!

I like all the crafting magazines out there but my favorite is…the SU! Catalog! Even after having it for six months I could look through it again and again and find something new! :o)
I would have to say Paper crafts would be the one I buy at the store for their inspiration. I go to all my SU catalogs for the majority of my inspiration & now your wonderful blog for even more creativity!! Thank you & have a very Merry Christmas!
Paper Crafts is my favorite stamping magazine…simply because it has so many ideas. I have also enjoyed the new products that are featured in it.
(I have to agree that the SU catalog is what I turn to first though when I want an idea…mine is tattered and WELL used.)
I like Paper Crafts. You can take alot of their ideas and use stampin up supplies, tools etc. I wish that Split Coast Stampers would put out a magazine. That would be the best. Merry Christmas to everyone.

I don’t really read any other craft magazines besides SU cattys! I just don’t have the time for it. I have a few paper craft magazines that my sister gave to me that I like. I just check out SCS and your blog when I’m looking for inspiration or something cute to do for a class! Happy Holidays!

As of 10 minutes ago, when the UPS man rang the bell, my new FAVORITE is the 2008 SU Spring/Summer.
I don’t love the regular magazines so much because I need more SU!!!!! I wish SU would go into the magazine publishing, who knows, maybe someday.
SU is only just beginning to make its way across the pond to the UK so I’m not familiar with its products.
I enjoyed Stampington’s Inspirations, and am sad that its publication has been reduced to once a year. I love the variety they achieve with a limited range of stamps.

I have many favorites since I get ideas from everywhere. Paper Crafts has simplified ideas, Creating Keepsakes keeps me up to date on tools and merchandise with great scrapbook layouts..and so does Cherish and Imagine from CTMH even though they are books and not mags..they have great directions for layouts.
Hi Dawn. I would have to say Papercrafts as it is so diiferent to what we get in the UK. I really like their style of publishing and the card ideas, very easy to follow and very inspirational – with lots of stamping! I also think their website is great as there are lots of cardmaking projects online and free downloads (handy as I can’t get the mag very often) and also I have been able to order their extra publications like ‘Joy of Cardmaking’ direct from Amazon. It’s also great that they feature so many projects with Stampin’ Up! stamps and products in them.
I haven’t really ventured into the stamping magazines so my favorite “magazine” for inspiration is the Stampin’ Up catalog. I get so many ideas from browsing through it and am anxiously awaiting the new one. Thank you, Dawn, for all of your creative ideas and inspiration. I love reading your blog and it makes my day:)
Wow, time sure does fly by, doesn’t it? Right now my fav is the SU catty, I luv looking at the stamps that I would luv to have & I like get some ideas for cards as well. I have a scrapbook mag that I luv called Lasting Moments from CM, but since I’m still new to stamping, I have to say that I have not looked at a card magazine…yet!!! I’ll have to go out & buy one soon. Thanks Dawn for all your help through out the year.
There is only one true stamp magazine left and that is Rubberstampmadness. It was one of the two I bought first day I found them. I just couldnt choose between it and Rubber Stamper. I used to get all the stamp mags, but its the only one left that doesnt incorporate other crafts.

My favorite magazine has to be Paper Crafts. They have quick and easy card ideas as well as, more involved card ideas (for the people who really appreciate the hard work involved). The also have great ideas on altering items with suggestions on ways to use them. I love the magazine so much that I gave gift subscriptions to my sisters, (3 of them) that also create cards. It’s a must have for card making enthusiasts.

OK, fave stampin magazine to read – well it WAS the Rubberstamer, now I am searching for a new one. I LOVED all the samples, the techniques shared, etc…but after getting my first copy of their new magazine Crafts & Things, I will have to find my inspiration elsewhere. 🙁 Maybe someone else’s fave mag will inspire me! But I have to agree with one of the posts – blog inspiration is the BEST!!

I’m a huge fan of Paper Crafts. Every time I get one of their mags in the mail I am ready to sit down and stamp away!
My favorite magazine is actually the stampinup catalog. I look through it several times a week to get ideas and read the different verbiages. Plus I like to think about what I will order at the next meeting. Merry Christmas!!

favorite magazine Stampin up! for a very selfish reason – the card ideas are fabulous and i have access to all the material and don’t have to worry about getting the right shades of ribbon, ink, brads, etc. to match all the colors of the paper already on the card. also, it is so easy to exchange the stamp from a sample card to something else in the book when i am changing the sentiment. such as changing a “birthday” card to a “thinking of you” card.
I don’t have a favorite magazine because I don’t by them. I tend to get annoyed by the many advertisements between articles!
Now books are different! I like buying books with card ideas. I don’t have a favorite one at this point. I like to skim them all.
Since the only one I subscribe to is Card Maker, I will have to say that one. I do like to see the SU cards as I recognize them immediately!!!
I look forward to getting my SU! Stampin’ Success every month. I get a couple of scrapbook mags, but the SS is my favorite!
Mine would be anything fromthe publisher of Paper Crafts. Stamp it and Card Creations are their best special issues.
I also love Cards magazine. I have a subscription to it since it started.
I also love Take Ten, so many SU cards in there.
I’m subscribed to Paper Crafts, and I also sometimes pick up Stamp it. Still love my SS too. 😉

My favorite stamping magazine is (was) The Rubber Stamper, because it was the one magazine most dedicated to stamping, not scrapping. As a card maker, I always found inspiration between its covers. I hate that it has been bought out and rolled into another craft mag…it sure is NOT the same 🙁
I really like Papercrafts. I find lots of ideas to “CASE” in each issue. I really enjoy your blog…thanks for sharing your creativity with us!
I use the Internet links from site to site and enjoy looking at all the thoughts and suggestions. My mother-in-law has the booklet/magazine called “Cards” – and it is really nice. My 81 year old mother-in-law makes cards based on the ideas in “Cards” and they are really fun to receive.
Hope your ‘blog candy’ contest goes well. It has generated lots of comments; I’ve enjoyed reading others favorites… may have to make a magazine purchase!

My favourite magazine would be 1. Paper Crafts and 2. Stamper’s Sampler – Take Ten. Paper Crafts is such a great magazine…so many inspirational things to do, not only with stamps but with other scrapbooking items that most people have in their supplies. The Take Ten magazine is great because it shows quick and easy cards to do, with a minimum of supplies. Both of these magazines never fail to give my some wonderful ideas!
I’m totally impressed with papercrafts stamping issues. I love every one of the papercraft special issues, the projects are alway so inspiring.
I’d have to say Paper Craft because of the variety–I like to do more thna just cards, and this spikes my creativity.
Now, if I just had more time in the day……..
