Another Bag

Hi Stampers :

 I made  this bag awhile  ago  and it is a reg sized  lunch  bag ( white )  cut  down  to 5"Then  I covered it  with Jersey shore  designer paper  again.  I also used the  Pun fun stamp set . I already sent this bag into SU! and we shall see what happens. I  did a Video HERE  but in a smaller scale  if you want to check that out .. I also used  Hemp  twine (  The  one I sent into SU! used the natural color hemp  since the  yellow  I used  in this photo was  retired )   and  the 1/2 " circle punch  with a brad ( But the  star punch out is covering the brad up ) to  make the  closure  for this  gift bag. Here is what it looks like opened  up ..   My Saturday & Sunday  were SUPER busy days. Saturday I was able to film 6  videos( YUP 6) I  went way over my  usual 2-3  thats for sure  But  there is a Good reason why  ~ so I  will have extra time  with hubby when he is home .. I plan to  film a couple more  between  today and Tuesday ( at least thats the plan, We shall see)  .Then We had a wedding to go to right after  church yesterday  afternoon Then after  the wedding  we  when out  to visit  the  people that came to our block party last Tuesday evening  which was a HUGE success  we had over 300  attend ( not including  workers  and reg  church folk  WOWZIE!)  and  then had  55 people of all ages  accept Christ  that  day as well,  so we  went to visit  those at 4pm  yesterday  ,Then we  went  back to church for our evening  service   and then a funeral visitation  right after our  evening  church service . We thought  we would go on Monday evening  to the  showing  but we changed our minds  at the last minute . Thank you  all  who sent your wonderful  emails  and comments  yesterday  about my hubby  coming home  and  your sweet encouragement on my  blog .  Hubby will be home  for 20 ( short ) days .  Hopefully  we will hear something  about when he will start working  with the  State  dept  over in Baghdad  very soon . He is  just waiting on  housing to open  up  so until he  hears word  about  that Job, he will be going back to Iraq  and  continuing the  job he has been doing  since March 07 . You all are  sooo AWESOME !!

Sunday Share ...

Howdy Stampers :

Alot  going on in my life right now Hubby will be home from Iraq in 2 days and a wake up  YAHOO! I think I got  almost everything cleaned .. WHEW thats a relief. Jessie is nearly  done with Phase I of Drivers training . I have a LONG LONG post today so if you  skip over I  will understand . I thought  today I would answer a few questions I have  recieved  from  some of you .. The most asked questions  are How do I  keep up with my  blog? , Make time  for Stampin?  and  make time  for  doing my Stampin  videos ? ..

 Dawns answer:

  How do I  get time to stamp ?I try and make  time every Saturday to  do lots of my  stamping  to carry me through the   upcoming week  and  all my  videos are done at this time also  usually 2-3 videos  done  at the same time  ( at least thats what I  shoot for ) so needless to say My stampin room is a BIG mess on the weekends .. I must confess I do sneak in stamping though out my week But my main  stamping is done on the weekends . As someone  said .

You will never  find the time for anything ..

If you want the time,You must make it 

 

Isn't that the truth ?  We all make the time  for whats important  to us . simple  things like  brushing  your teeth , going to church ..  so Why doesn't  it apply  to something we  enjoy to  do ~ like stamping ? Just make the time ~ no matter  if its  15mins 

MY BLOG:

My Blog has been the biggest  blessing to me  especially  during this time  away from my hubby  keeps my mind busy  on stamping and  not on  the separation  thingy  KWIM?  I have met  so many  fabulous  crafters  through my  blog  and YES I still look forward to each morning post  seems  silly  But  my  blog  has taken on a life of its own  especially  with the videos . who would have thought I would be doing videos a year ago on the  world wide web .. see  ALL Things are possible .. I  started my  blog mainly  to  keep my  local gals  updated   about  whats going on in my  Stampin world  and show new things SU! has to offer then  It has blossomed into this  fabulous time to connect  to thousands of you  around the world  . Posting to my  blog ? Well this  was the main  concern  for myself  when I  1st started my  blog  almost 2 years ago  this August ( wow) ... and  my thought  was that I didn't want to  start a  blog  If I wasn't  going to use it  fully .. What I mean  is  that My blog is  somewhat of a diary  to myself   and I knew I wanted to post or at least try to post every day  that  had something  stamping related . When blogs  came on the sceen  I  noticed not many posted  every day and well if your  anything like me I need a daily  fix of  something new in the  stampin  world  so I  told myself I would try and post  every day  if I were to start  my  stampin  blog / diary .  I also told myself  that if It  became a  chore to  keep my  blog  updated  I would   stop blogging .. Well almost 2 years later  and I am still blogging  so you know what that means ? I  am still having a great time  sharing my  Stamping thoughts  with all of you . Keep your Questions coming  stampers . I look forward to helping you on your Stampin Journey .

Separating your stamp images video

Hi Stampers:

Todays video I will show you how I separate my  stamp images ..  Just another perk with Stampin 'Up! stamps. I love  doing this to many of my  stamp sets  since I get more mileage  from them  by  doing this . Here is a card I made  using  one of the stamps I  separated .  I used  Green galore, Lovely lilac,Only orange, and black card stock  with my BATTY FOR YOU Stamp set  along with PLEASE COME stamp set  which is  also highlighted in this video .Click on over to my STAMPIN STUDIO  and check out  the video .It may get you looking at your SU!  stamp sets in  a whole different  way .

Gift bag video

Hi Stampers:

Today I will show you how I covered this  small lunch bag  you can use any size  you want.  Mine measures 7" X 3 5/8"  I am using the  Fabulous Jersey Shore designer paper again ..  along with the 5 petal  flower punch and the  Boho blossom punch . When you measure  your bag  Just add  2 1/2"extra inches  to the back  side of your DS paper  the  extra 2 1/2" inches will be  for your  flap  over . The  video  will explain this a bit . Decor Elements

Hi Stampers :

I got my  Decor Elements  from SU!  Wednesday  and   all I can say is I love them ..  So easy and Love that they come in Chocolate & white and a few in Kraft / Beige  .. I got Chocolate  for my  1st batch . Here is a  sample  of the  1st one I put up  over the walk way. ( before & after )  Did you notice  I didn't  use the polka dots that come with this one ?   I actually liked the  solid  stripe  better  since Polka dots didn't go well  with  my living  space,  (you can do either  with this design) .I have  a couple more to  put up before Hubby gets  home  so I will show  you those  later .. The decor elements  will be available July 1st  YAHOO !!! I plan on  ordering alot more  then ..

Surprise pop up slider Video ...

Hi Stampers :

Todays video  has been one of the most requested  by  some of you . It is the surprise pop up slider card ..  sorry it has  taken me this long to post it ..  sure hope it was worth the wait . I thought I would post a few  photos of this card  to help with visuals  also  and LOOK its MR Crabby pants .. YAHOO!! I used Pixie pink  and  Black  card stock along with Whisper white. I also used the white gel pen to fill in Mr Crabby pants eyes on the background , Then added Googly eyes to the one image on  front, I believe  everything else is on the video So lets Click on over to my STAMPIN STUDIO  and check out  this video . Thank you notes ..

Hi Stampers :

Here  are the Thank you notes I sent out to  everyone  that placed an order with me  during my  phone -a- thon last Friday. I stamped  the same images Just  cut the card stock  different ( some were cut at 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2" Then  some were cut at 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4')  I stamped the front  with  " TO HAVE A TO HOLD" frame in this stamp set  and the "Thanks" is from  FUNDAMENTAL PHRASES, But Look what I  stumbled on when I was   stamping with SINCERE SALUTATIONS on the inside of my thank you notes~  I noticed the "THANKS"  are the exact same  font ..  I didn't know that .. What a  nice surprise  while I was stamping them.. I also use the Boho blossom  punch with a silver brad  poped that up with a dimensional.  Thank you  girls !! 

 Our block party at our church was AWESOME yesterday .. I will share photos of that event later ..

Hi Stampers :

Today is a BUSY day  we are having a Block party at our church tonight  6-8pm  so if your in the area ( Pontiac, Lake Orion , Waterford ,  Auburn hills  etc...)  pop on over and Look for Me  & Jess..  

 OH my  goodness  I have been busy cleaning like crazy ! Yesterday was  the downstairs  and  the day before that was the kitchen  and there is still so much to do .. Then yesterday I got  a  call  from my F-I-L ( Father In law)  in TN  and  him and his Girlfriend ( Jody)  are coming up  a couple days after My honey bunch gets home from Iraq  ( which is next Wednesday YAHOO!!!! ) so they will be here for our 4th of July party/ Welcome home   YAHOO!!This will be the  very 1st time  my F-I-L  is coming up to see us,  I know can you believe that ?  After 14 years of living in  our home he has never  been here .. Whats up with that??  .. Who cares he is coming now Right? YIPPEE!!:-) . We are all so excited .. 

Then yesterday afternoon  I  was stamping  for a couple hours over  Debs house  and  can't  wait to  show you the  card we made  Yup gotta make a video  for that  soon . you all will love it.. Thanks  for  a Great time D.  We spent alot of our  stamping time  chatting of course  & catching up

 Todays  card I used Pixie pink and  Wild Wasabi, Gable green & a strip of  Jersey Shore  The stamp sets I used  are  Older and wiser ( Level 3 hostess only set ) and  Sprinkles .  White gel pen to  add some doodle  dots, Slit punch for scallop border   and  my  Crop-a-dile II  to punch  holes on front to show through to inside of  card .. love this turtle  he is sooo cute  with that smile .. have a fabulous Tuesday ..

I am sooo thankful they play repeats of ARMY WIFES on  Monday night  since I missed it  on Sunday night( Yes I was still cleaning ) .. Love this show .. Who else  loves Lifetimes ARMY WIFES? I Love  Roxy and Trevor /Drew Fuller .. What a cutie! Hey click on his name  to view the  video  link  of Drew and  there are a  few videos  there  that play back to back  with this link soooo keep watching, Love  this show ~  Their  story lines .. Brings back sooo many memories  past & present . I highly  recommend this show if you haven't watched it yet  Army  Wifes  just started their  2nd season YAHOO!!

Wonderful Friend ...

Hi Stampers:

 I was using Crab & Company set  last week BUT No Mr Crabs  But I did use the  cute little star  fish in this set for my  cute card today .. I  used the Hodge podge  goodies  and added the  star fish   that was punched out with the 1/2 circle punch and used Dimensionals  to  secure  them to  the  hodge podge  thingys ..  Jersey Shore  designer paper along with Wonderful favorites  Stamp set . Brillant  blue  and  Wild Wasabi  card  stock was used . I used  my Hot to dot  stampin around wheel ( retired in  05/06 )  along with  my  White gel pen .

 Yahoo today I am  going over my   friends  house and stamping  with her .  Can't wait to see what  she will show me today ..  Whatever it is you know I will have to do a video for you later  Hee! Hee!

Summer time refreshment and some chit chat ...

  Hi Stampers :

What a  Awesome week I had . God is sooo Good . Well yesterday was offically the 1st whole day of Summer.  Jessie and I Popped  in on a couple Graduation parties  yesterday  & I'm back  to my  regular   posting ~ Not that  this past week   wasn't "regular" Because  I did post, But I  posted ONLY sneak peeks  so today is  back to normal . I had emails  asking  if I am alright . You all are sooo sweet . But everything is Great . I skipped the videos last week  due to my  BIG announcement  reveals,But I  do have new  videos lined up  for the upcoming week . Plus   we have only 10 days until hubby is home OH my  goodness . Still so much to do . Last week I made this card  and well it was perfect timing  cause since  making this card I found out I am  almost out of Vellum card stock OH NO! ( Have to  order more thats for sure )  I made this card  for my  Dear friend  Linda and her  hubby ( Steve )  from Church for their Anniversary ..  Why  ORANGE YOU CUTE?  well  every  Sunday her and Steve  color match their  outfits .. don't you love that ?  No twins or  anything But  if he wears  blue   then  she will have  accents  to go with  his blue  tie or  whatever , They are  sooo cute .She is such a glitter  Girl too and loves Pink  and  she  just freaked out over this card .. NO pink on it of course  But  very unique she said it makes her want to take a  drink  from the straw . I  found the  Tutorial over HERE  if you  want to  take a peek  and make one  also, such  a  cute cute card .. I would not actually mail this  since it  would  flatten the  cup  Plus hand  delivery is always much more fun   so you can see their face  when they get it .. I was thinking  ( I know that can be dangerous HUH?)  Maybe Sundays  will be a time to share  things I have seen on the world wide web  that maybe  you  would enjoy also.   So we will see what happens with my Sunday share themed postings  what do you think ?  sound  fun ? Plus Sundays are always a time of reflection  for me  on whats going on in my life  so  that will be in the mix as well  wink wink . This  week I received  some beautiful goodies  and I thought I  would share them with you  today .. The  1st set of goodies  come  from  my  friend  and Glitter Queen Dolores . I just love how she personalized  the  letter "D"  with my name and  small bottle caps with  photos of me and my  family  and even Bowzer made  it  to the  show too :-)..  and   she also sent me a  gorgeous Braclett  too ~ all in purple and pinks . Jessie snagged that when it was delivered .Thank you  so Much Dolores   your goodies are such a treasure ..  PLUS  everything is in Purple too YAHOO!!

Next  sweet card come from Jessica  she purchase this retired stamp set from me  a couple weeks ago and she  sent me  this card  ( made in purple  too )  such a   wonderful card thank you  so  much Jessica (  She has a Great name too HUH? ) wink wink !

 This  adorable card came from Sunny  she ordered  a couple DVDs and   then I  was blessed  with her  sweet card she sent me  ..  Love the background Sunny, your  card is  adorable ..

Incredible video about the relationship between a father and son.... and God's relationship with us.

 

A son asked his father, 'Dad, will you take part in a marathon with me?'  The father, despite having a heart condition, said 'yes'. They went on to complete the marathon together. Father and son went on to join other marathons, the father always saying 'yes' to his son's request of going through the race together. One day, the son asked his father, 'Dad, let's join the Iron man together.' To which, his father said 'yes' too. For those who don't know, Iron man is the toughest triathlon ever. The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometer) ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometer) bike ride, and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometer) marathon along the coast of the Big Island. Father and son went on to complete the race together. View this race video below

Laugh , Play, Share & Smile ...

Hi Stampers :

Here is a  6x6 scrapbook page I made this past weekend .. actually  alot of  goodies  have been made and  alot of them are using the Jersey shore  designer paper .. OH my  I sure hope it  doesn't retire  on July 21st when the  retired  accessory list comes out ..

BUT Hey guess what didn't retire?  Didnt  see "HIM"on the list did you ?

OH YEA!! OH YEA!!  Mr Crabby Pants is  still  one hot little guy .. Oh yea! Oh yea ! Seriously  that was the one set that I was  searching the list  for ASAP  to make sure he was not on it ..  So Happy  we got him  for  another round .. Ok  back to my  6x6 page  HUMMMM Jersey shore  designer paper  I used the  Hobby knife to make  fancy  sway  cuts  for the  side  border then I used the 3/4  circle punch and  the  1/4 circle punch  along with  Pumpkin pie, Wild Wasabi ( on the  retirement list )  Soft sky ( another retirement color )  and  Brillant blue card stock I used the BE happy  stamp set ( on the retirement list also BOO HOO!)  I added  silver brads to the  Laugh, Play & share tags  along the  left side  border  also . Just love this photo of Jessie and Bowzer . Speaking of Jessie ..  She is all healed up and doing fabulous on her wisdom teeth  and  she is already driving on the  road  for drivers training .. Next time at the wheel is  this Thursday & Friday  . She loves it  as any teen  would I suppose  right ? BIG news on the Stampin Up! home front ...

BIG news Stampers ..

Today was the HUGE  announcement  from SU!  Introducing DECOR ELEMENTS  whats  that you  say?  ITS  VERY EXCITING ~ home decor from SU!  Really easy and alot of  fun   We now will not only be stamping  But  also  decorating  our  walls , windows  of our homes & etc...   and changing  it as often as we want .  the Decor  elements are  vinyl  & self adhesive. ( NOT wallpaper ) different  sizes  with Image, phrases and even alphabets are all  coming soon  ..  2 main colors  Chocolate and white  with a few in Kraft / Beige .. I can hardly  wait to get my hands on these babies . Stay tuned the excitement  is just beginning ...

Happy 4th of July ...

 Hi Stampers :

The 4th is approaching  quickly  and  we have a party  set up  cause not only will it  be  the 4th of  July  celebration  BUT my hubby will be home  and  that calls  for a  HUGE celebration. We will all be  going to the lake for a day of boating ,  tubing,BBQ, friends, family & Fun !  I can  hardly  wait ..  I made  a set of goodies  with the 4th  theme  and   also  you  don't want to miss  the Video  that is  posted today too .. Scroll Card invite video ...

Happy Saturday ..

I got a  super  cute video for you  stampers today . This video is  inspired by a photo my  friend  & Stampin Queen Cindy sent me  she  sent me as a challenge  via  a photo of  a project .. It was a challenge  because  the photo she  sent me had no measurements just a photo of  the finished  project  so Here is my  version of  her photo  she sent me .. Thank you  Cindy  I really like the  way it  turned  outBut  I have yet to mail one in a reg  envelope In fear of  making  a crease  in  the  scroll part    and then possibly making it  unable to scroll out properly, BUT  I did  send   the  1st one I made  to Cindy in a box   since it was her challenge  she gave me  Plus I sent one into  SU!  for July WOW art file  contest already  with other items in a box ..   Click  on over to my  STAMPIN STUDIO  to check out  this scroll invite card .

P.S My Mom is  doing  good  from yesterdays  dentist trip .Thank you  for your prayers ..   I thought  seeing my knee replacement in a  X ray was freaky ..   Its nothing like seeing my moms  tooth X ray with a  screw  in her  mouth which looked  HUGE in the X ray.. OUCH!   Yesterday she was  in alot of pain and  couldn't  talk  which I think that part was harder  for my  Mom  cause  like her  daughter ~ We  both love to talk ~alot  :-)

Jessie has  drivers  training  at 4:00pm again today. She even had homework last night  from 1st class. During phase I she has  6 hours of actual driving  which starts  next Thursday  YIKES!

I Still need  2-3 players for Bunco Stampin'Up! style. Please Email  me  for more details if your interested .. Bunco will be July 26th when I get 12 players ..

Rock & Roll technique

 Happy Friday !!!

Remember me  mentioning to you in the  stamp-a-ma-jig  post HERE that I had a card  I made a video  for  well this is it . we will be using the stamp a ma jig again  along with the  Rock N Roll technique ..  I am using my  favorite color lately ( Basic Gray )  along with Going gray and  Certainly  celery Click on over to my STAMPIN STUDIO  and check it out ..

Well todays the BIG day   for Jessie  and also  for my Mom .. Jessie starts  drivers  training today at 4:00pm  and  Its back to the dentist  but this time its  for my Mom  long  story short she is  getting a tooth implant (  it has been a long  procedure to  get to this point .. Remember this is the short version ) .. I know  weird huh? Seems like  something out of a  Steven King novel or  something  .. but seriously   surgery will be 2 hours  and  thats not  even putting in the tooth .. they will be  putting the  Titanium  screw into her  bone  OUCH!!!.  I will be with her  this morning. Please if you could say a quick prayer for my Mom  pretty please ..

Another Envelope card ~ Video

I was playing again  and   thought I would share  this card with you  today .. YUP it's another  envelope  card / holder ..  I know your probably  thinking BOY  this  card looks  alittle familuar  HUH? the measurements   are the  same as  THIS CARD  But  a little  something  different on the inside  Take a peek at this video over in My STAMPIN STUDIO I used  the Berry bliss  Designer paper  along with Chocolate chip  cardstock .. Big  shout out to  all my  Glitter Queens ~ This  is the quarterly card I sent out  to you  all  this week . You will  also need 2  envelopes . I show  you the type I used   for mine in the video ..I also used  Busting  with Joy  stamp set  for mine .

Happy day Yesterday ...

Hi Stampers :

1st off Jessie is  doing fabulous  since having  her 4 wisdom teeth  taken  out a week ago today. Yesterday she was able to eat  some what normal ~ She was able to open  her mouth  enough to  chew YAHOO!! Plus she is off her pain meds now  Double yahoo !!Especially  since the meds she was taking  were  pretty strong ..  We were  hoping  to  get her  off them by Friday since she will start drivers training  Friday afternoon...Thank you  all for your  prayers  and  concerns   for her . She  has slight  bruises that started to  show up yesterday  you  know the kind  that are yellow in  color  Jessie  tells  me  this is the color of a new  bruise  who would have thought  a 15 year old would be sooo s-m-a-r-t! Then yesterday  while  giving a  neighbor friend a perm Guess who called ?  My frig guy and  YAHOO I got my  frig  fixed yesterday  Finally  Ok now that it seems  everything  is back in order  and on track  Now I  really must get  some deep cleaning  done .. Hubby called yesterday with his  flight  info Now  its really   time to get excited  since  we  got  confirmation  YAHOO!!.

Ok enough  of a the family  stuff  My Card today is sooo  cool IRL ( In real life )  Nothing fancy thats for  sure But  that "Thanks"at the  bottom of my card  seems  to move  when I hold it .. I just embossed it  with clear embossing powder  and  it  seems  to move  I thinks its  due to the  designer paper  ( Jersey Shore )  Big  dots. Kinda like a optical illusion  or  something  really  cool  I took a photo of it  upclose  But its still better IRL . I also used the 5 petal flower punch  and the boho blossoms  punch Plus a  silver  brad. The stamp set is called  Thanks  for Everything

Hey guess what ?

 Nothing to actually  post today  thats because I have a new Video on the Stamp-a-ma-jig  and well  even though I have a card  that I made with the stamp-a-ma-jig  I also made a video for that as well so  I guess  I will save that card  for  the  other video  this week  sound good ? I also have a  written  tutorial with  photos  HERE  if you  would like to see that as well ..  This video will be under TOOLS OF THE TRADE  section  okey dokey .. I know  you all are probably thinking  I was going to spill the beans  today on my BIG announcement huh? sorry  just a wee bit longer I promise . so in the mean time  click on over to my  STAMPIN STUDIO  and check out  the Stamp-a-ma-jig  video  and Please  excuse my  voice ..  Thank you for all your  emails with tips for helping me with my allergies this past weekend, I actually  feel so much better  today.

"Z "fold measurements

  Hi Stampers .. Happy Monday I had  alot of you ask  for the measurements of the  "Z" fold card  Mine I used  Wild Wasabi  base card  is 4 1/4" X 11"  scored at 5 1/2 ", Then I used  whisper white  as the base of the actual "Z" fold  part and that measures  4 "X 10 1/4"  scored at 2 1/2"  & 5" you can   do a  reg  "Z" fold  card  which opened to the left Or  do it upright  like  the one  I made here  I used the slit  punch to have it  hold a  Gift card .  The  designer  paper  I used is Jersey Shore  measurements  for those are  2 1/4 " X  3 3/4 " ( 2) then one cut at 3 3/4" X 5" ( 1)  along with the  BIG BOLD BIRTHDAY set again  that layer measures 

 Whisper white ( cupcake )  2 1/4" X 3  1/4"

 Wild Wasabi layer 2 1/2" X 3 1/2"

 Pretty easy peasy .. Have a Fabulous Monday . These cottonwood trees  are  making my nose Crazy  and  It seems like I am poppin allergy pills left and right ..

WOWZIE  what a week  and the best part was last night  with all my  girls .. Here is one of the 2 projects we made . Its a  "Z "fold card  turned upright .. Just love this card I also  added alittle  something extra in  our card last night ( See  photo below)  I used the slit punch and  added a  gift card  to  our  "Z" fold . I really love Pretty in pink and Chocolate chip together, and also this sweet  cupcake that is  from Big  bold  Birthday stamp set  This card would be great for  any occassion Mine just happens to be for a Birthday.We sure had  alot of fun  last night ( We missed you  Philly , Laura , Kelsey & Kristin ) . Perfect timing for Happy mail ...

 Hi Stampers :

  Sorry NO  video today Its been  C-R-A-Z-Y  around here the last couple of days  with Jessie  having her wisdom teeth out  on Wednesday  thought we  should  stock up on lots of  easy eating  food  Like  say ice Cream , Pudding etc...  and well Guess what  decided to  go out  Thursday  YUPPER  my  Frig .. had the "frig" guy come out  and try to find out  what happened  and well it seems to be the fan  in the freezer  ( Hey did you  all now that the  fan in the freezer is what keeps  the  whole frig  working? well pretty much ) I didn't know that ~ well at least with my  frig  this is how it  works ..  anyway  My frig seems to be   more than 10 years old  sooo  guess what  They had to order me a new fan and  as much as I  wished the fan would  come in yesterday GUESS what  Nope !! Not to sure  even if it will be  in today  I  am waiting  for them to call me  and let me know ..  so Until  the frig gets fixed MY kitchen is a  Total mess  Its soooo weird  how  1 frig can make such a Mess . so  while My  frig  has not been  working   since  Thursday  I spent  most of my Friday in my  stampin  room  to hide  for  all the mess ..  Not making  videos~  But  cutting  and preparing  my Club projects  got  11   girls  coming tonight  and I am sooo  excited ..  seems like forever  since I seen my  girls  I am sooo looking  forward  to  tonight. and  in the mist of  all my  mess  I got  some  very exciting mail  It sure came  at  the perfect time .. Thank you  so Much Jill and  Anne  you  both will never  ever  know how much I  so enjoyed getting your goodies . You both really  and truely  Made my  Day !

Kissing technique

  Hi Stampers:

 I got a quick  kissing technique  video for you  today. I am using 2 retired stamp sets ( Pines & Great shapes )  to show you this technique. Look around in your  stamp collection and  see what stamps  you have that  will be fun doing this kissing technique.  I am also using Happy  Camper  and the  retired stamp set called All Year Cheer II  on my Fathers  Day card . Today I have a simple and fun card  for you. I used the IN THE STARS stamp set  for mine . During this video  I  also  show you  How I  make the  twists with  the wire works ( retired )  I am using  Whisper white  and Ballet blue Card stock   for my card  along with  Ballet Blue and  Bashful blue ink .

Jessie update :

 Jessie came through yesterday  really  great  she  was in and out  of the dentist in 25 mins Its amazing .. Hopefully today will be better  she looks like a little  chipmunk  and  talks like one too :-) Thank you  all  who were praying for her  and all your  sweet emails on  your tips  and  ticks  to get through the next few days.  You all are  the BEST!

I have to give a BIG Shout  out  to our Fabulous Detroit Red wings  YAHOO!!  2008 Stanley Cup winners

Thank you notes ..

  I  made  a whole  bunch of these this past weekend  as a Thank you  for   All you  sweet  stampers out there  that left me a tip in my  tip jar & Here are just a few of them  .. Thank you  so Much. You may remember this card  I did a  video on over HERE after making  so many this weekend  I thought  I  would  start making this type of card also for a few of my  Convention  swaps ( different  theme  of course ) .. Such a sweet simple card  that is  really  sooo cute . I made over 20 of these  this past weekend  in less than  an hour  so Maybe a few of my  convention swaps will be started  this upcoming weekend .

I would love for you  all  to take a moment  and  watch and Listen to this Video ..  It is so Beautiful  Gives me  goose bumps  every time I  watch it .. Today is  the BIG day for Jessie  I must run  and get ready, We have a Early  start this morning

You're a BLAST!!

Hi Stampers :

2nd post today girls YAHOO!!

I just love this card.. So much  so That We will be making this type of card at my club meeting this Saturday. Of Course  this is NOT  the  exact card we will be making But  the design is .. Its sooo cute. My girls always now there has  got to be a surprise   Cause I 'm  not  showing the  club  card  in full detail  Its sooo stinkin  cute ( I guess I already said that  a couple times HUH?) .. I  Love our  club nights,  All my  girls  are  soooo AWESOME.   There is always  Lots of  laughter  and  Fun! Our  Club meeting is  at 6:00pm  this Saturday  if your in the area and want to  come stamp with us  send  me your RSVP in  a email and I will give you all details  I need to know  no later than this Friday  if you  want to come  Play So I can  prepare all the  supplies ..  OH yes the  Other  club project #2 is just as cute . I will  show  our  club  card in FULL detail   this weekend  after my  girls  get  it 1st .

Card details:

 I used the PUN FUN stamp set along with the Jersey Shore  Designer paper  small oval  punch was  used for the  saying on front ( which fits perfectly ) then layered on  Wild  Wasabi cardstock with the lg oval punch

MR Crabby pants is getting a little Snappy !!

OH MY GOSH!!!

Is this card the  cuttest card ever ?   My Friend KELLY  sent this to me  and I got it  yesterday in my  mail box .. She made Mr Crabby  pants during  the time  my  blog was  having issues  and OH my  He  is so so  cute, But  look  what Kelly  wrote on the front. What a HOOT  Kelly.  Mr Crabby pants  Makes me  smile ear to ear . Your sooo sweet Kelly .. Hey  did you know my  Friend  Kelly Has a wonderful blog Pop on over and say Hi  to her for me :-).
