Merry Christmas Eve Dawn and Jessie,
My favorite Christmas movie is Scrooge, but the version with Albert Finney. I love all the old costuming. Although, I think the new favorite holiday program we love is Shrek’s Christmas. It is right up there with the Grinch and Muppet Family Christmas. It’s funny, my kids are 24 and 21 and they will still sit down if I put on Christmas Eve on Sesame Street. So I guess we like all of them. I wish you a Blessed Christmas. Thank you for all you do. Janice

My mother gave me and my ex (before we got divorced) an ornament “It’s Wonderful Life” from Hallmark. I showed it to my son when we decorated the tree last week and he loves it. I told him that when he gets married and has a family, I will give it to him.
The Sincere Salutations set is great! I know I will use it a lot for the cards.

Me and my daughter (Jessica) don’t you love that name, make hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows and cuddle up with a blanket and a box of tissues for me because I cry every time we watch this movie. The part that makes me cry the most is when the little boy and girl sing on the train.
I am really likning the polar express. This is a wonderful movie!

The Christmas movie about the Christmas Shoes does it for me!

A Blessed Christmas to All !
Elf and The Grinch top my list!

it is not a very Christmasy one but I like to watch the sound of music, among others!
Thanks Danw for all the fab tutorials and sharing great projects!
hugs!
My favorite Christmas movie is Home Alone. I love the music at the beginning and it always reminds me of Christmas. I love how cute Kevin is in the first one and he reminds me of any one of my 4 boys! I think they would react the same in some of the situations. Merry Christmas!
What a cute card, I will most certainly CASE. I have got to say that I have to watch ELF at least twice during the holidays.

OHhhhh that’s easy. The Santa Clause. My Mother loved this movie so we’d get on the phone and both put it on and synchronize starting it. Then we’d sit “together”, she in Mississippi and I in Texas and watch it “together”. It became a tradition that we carried out until she passed away. My children and I watch it together now. We’ll be doing that tonight in fact.
Thanks for asking! I don’t need to be in the drawing.. but wanted to share!
I love The Christmas Story!!! Also, when I was young there was a show – don’t know if it was a movie or just a TV show. It was called the Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Of course you can’t forget It’s a Wonderful Life!!

I love any version of A Christmas Carol and Love Actually (the part where Hugh Grant is singing a carol and the driver joins in – too funny!)
Merry Christmas Dawn! I hope you and your family are not snowed in. We are going to have more snow today on top of the 2 to 3 feet we already have – and since we seldom have any accummulation of snow this has been very interesting!! Great question for today – I would say Miracle on 34th Street is a tie with White Christmas, but if I only get one it would be White Christmas. This is my first post on your favorite things since by the time I get home from work you are closed for the day – so I’m excited to get the chance to at least get my holiday greetings in to you and your family! Kathleen
The previous movie posted as Holiday Inn is really White Christmas and my all time favorite movie. It is about helping to make someones Christmas special out of respect and love and not out of personal or money gain. The true meaning of Christmas. Also another classic Christmas movie is the Miracle on 34th Street…the original one with a very small Natalie Wood. True classics of Christmas and it brings Christmas to life each year.
Iona
My favorite Christmas movie changes from year to year, but this year I am loving The Santa Clause with Tim Allen. Of course, with 2 little kids (ages 1 and 3), I am mostly watching Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas with them! Thanks for the favorite things!
Well my boys are still kind of young so we don’t really have many favorite movies as family yet but we did all sit down (for the most part) the other night and watch “Grinch”. I really enjoy the Santa Claus movies and ELF myself.
Wow, I’m a Dawn’s Stamping Thoughts comment virgin! Dawn, I found your website a few months ago, and you have really inspired me. I made snowman poop for my coworkers and they absolutely LOVED it! 🙂 I was making my mom some cards last night and thinking i need to get some (or all) the stampin’ up markers. Oh the money I spend!
Favorite Christmas movie – The Grinch (original), National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and Charlie Brown (the original one — there’s a new one they made a couple of years ago and I was very disappointed)! I love Linus’ story about what Christmas is all about — Wish all cartoons had that message. Jesus is the reason for the season!

My favorite christmas movie is Love Actually, just snuggle up on the couch and watch when it’s that time of year again
I wish you and your family a very merry christmas!
Merry Christmas Eve Dawn,
My all time favorite movie as an adult is “It’s a Wonderful Life” such a retrospect for everyone to think about how they have touched someone else’s life. Just like you! I just love Clarence! We have an old movie theater in a village close by that is 80 years old. They have an old organ that plays before movies & they show this movie every year. It is “wonderful” to see it on the big screen! Saw “Gone with the Wind” there once, just gorgeous on the big screen & the atmosphere is wonderful! If you want to look them up, the theater is called The Tivoli in Downers Grove, IL.
Growing up it was all the TV specials: Rudolph, Frosty, Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town, etc. My hubby gave me the entire collection on VHS for our first married Christmas present. We had little money & I was so overwhelmed to receive them because they brought back all of the childhood memories when my family would sit around the TV with popcorn & watch the specials. Now they are fun to watch with my daughter too!
Stampin’ Smiles from Ear to Ear!
Ann 🙂
I really love Polar Express!!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.

I’d have to say my fave is Elf. So silly it’s hilarious!!
My favorite is “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” because as Director of Children’s Music at one Church my late husband and I served, I had a set of Herdmans. Only three, but all male and only there for refreshments.
But everything worked out and they and their parents ended up as regular members of our Church and wonderful contributors.
hope

Thanks for all your beautiful creations. My favorite is The Little Drummer Boy, and almost any version of A Christmas Carol.
OK, I know it’s kind of goofy, but I like to watch the movie with Dolly Parton and Lee Majors, I think it was called a Smokey Mountain Christmas. It used to be on lifetime every year, but since I don’t get that channel anymore I haven’t seen it the last couple of years.
HI , I LOVE THE VAL CARD.
DAWN IS SO……… COOL.
I WISH DAWN IS MY AUNT
My favorite Christmas movie is A Christmas Story. I first saw it with my husband 6 years ago while visiting family…where had I been? All those years of missing out on such a great movie.

I don’t really have a favorite Christmas movie. A few years ago I was at someones house and they had on an old crazy one about a squirel and hiding nuts in the house, it was in Black and White, so if I knew the name I would have to say I really enjoyed that one. But I love Christmas music.

It’s A Wonderful Life – our all time favorite. My dad was born and raised in Indiana PA and worked for Jimmy Stewarts father at his hardware store. They lived around the corner from each other. It makes that movie even better.
Your card is gorgeous, Dawn! I love this new set! You asked an easy question: my favorite Christmas movie is ELF; it’s so goofy! I am also nuts about an old claymation movie called ‘Nestor the Long Eared Donkey’. If you’ve never seen it, you must! It is pretty short, only about 18 minutes, and it makes me cry every time. Nestor is supposedly the donkey that Mary rode on their way to Jeruseleum; it’s an endearing movie.
The tv version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Because of that movie my family always refered to roast beef as roast beast 🙂 Merry Christmas!!
Ahhh finally I get to come and comment. 🙂
Every year I have to watch Rudolph and Frosty. It’s a must do. I never get tired of them!!
Merry Christmas to you and your family!! 🙂

Without a doubt it is You’ve Got Mail (1998) with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. The movie reaches out to those who truly long to have a relationship with someone that loves them for who they are, from the inside out. It has become a timeless tale ( actually a remake of an old Jimmy Stewart movie) of how to find true love in the modern world of the internet contrasted by the value that we place on days gone by and the memories we have come to cherish. Its rather a testament to you Dawn and what you bring to your website. You use modern technology to reach all of us ( even those in Italy); but yet, it’s your value of family, friendship and the Heavenly Father that draws us all to bring you into our homes each day and enjoy the gifts you share. May you have a blessed Christmas :o) Orisse
Without a doubt my favorite Christmas movie has to be – White Christmas. Now please tell us what your favorite is. I’m guess a Christmas Story or It’s A Wonderful Life…please share with us! And thanks Dawn for this fabulous giveaway. Merry Christmas to you Dawn! Kadie Labadie
