Hi Stampers :

I made this Birthday card for my Father In law. His Birthday is also  on the same day as our Wedding Anniversary  so  it's very easy to remember  Plus he is a big Harley fan as well , so of course I had  to use the Motorcycle  stamp#117657  from the Summer mini HERE

I must admit  I usually have a  hard  time  making a "man" card  But  this one was  alot of  fun to make .

I was going for the aged look ( No pun intended Dad .)   but  for some reason  this card looks just perfect for that man that likes  to work on bikes  and gets a little messy ~ if  you know what I mean 🙂

I sponged on  lots of Early Espresso classic ink #119670 pretty much on everything on my card .

I also used the Top Note  bigz die # 113463 with the Newsprint Designer paper # 117166 which I added the outside   border  piece to the inside of his card ( see photo) ..

The Happy Birthday greeting is from the Perfect Punches stamp set # 120561 and punched that out  with the  2" X 1 3/8" Oval punch #119859 ( known in the past as the Wide Oval punch )

The inside greeting  is from the Full of Life stamp set # 111500 and I also added  some cogs from the Cogs punch # 118873

I also added some Early Espresso 1/8" taffeta ribbon # 119959 and also  some Silver Brads #104336
