Oh my goodness I love this Fathers Day card sooo much.
Love the Black card stock and Crumb Cake card stock together.
I used the Versa Mark ink pad #102283 and the Black embossing powder #109133 to make the top greeting and the ties pop even more .
I used the Versa mark ink pad with Clear embossing powder # 109130 for the bottom greeting

I will get a video filmed on this card soon ~ since the photo doesn't show what the whole card looks like when totally closed . But the Crumb Cake card stock is cut smaller than the Black and fits inside ..

Used the Photo corners punch #119878 and then added 2 black brads from the Neutrals brad pack # 119736

Actually I made a bunch of these Birthday cards to have on hand . The Happy Birthday on the front & and also the Birthday Wishes on the inside are using the Sale-a-Bration Digital Content CD which you can pick for FREE from the Sale-a-Bration mini catalog HERE .
I used my Favorite color Crumb Cake and also Chocolate chip on my MDS card
Here is a photo of the inside It's the same design I made for the front and carried lover to the inside . I must admit this is the very 1st card I made with MDS and I really love it .
Guess what even though I added the inside design the costs for printing was the same if I would have left it blank on the inside which is $1.99 and get this when you have SU! print them you also get envelopes for your cards .. AWESOME!!
I will be making alot more cards with MDS and Hopefully one day I will get good enough and make a video for you on how to use your MDS for making cards .. Its very addiciting and I LOVE it !

Its always so exciting starting a new year I just need to remember what year I am in when writting checks . I seem to write the previous year for at least 1-2 months seems its just out of habbit But still eeerrrrr...
I wanted to show you all the portrait our friend Karen painted of Jessie's Senior picture they gave us for Christmas this year . WOWZIE what a fabulous job she did and it will be a treasure for many many years . I have heard painting faces is the hardest thing to master and Karen did a Wonderful job .

I guess it's time to share with you ( if you want to take a look that is ...) The cut my hubby got on his head a couple months back where he needed 14 staples .
I am sure you will be grabbing your head and saying OUCH to yourself when you see the photos ..
Beware photos are not for the squimish. Trust me It took me a long time to be able to look at them since I didn't even look at it when he did it all I needed to know was there was ALOT of blood and that's all I needed to see to know it was bad .
Speaking of hubby He took his Harley out for a spin yesterday ( 1st ride of the new year LOL ) it reached 45 degrees here in Michigan and all the snow is gone in our yard Plus the streets were dry . By the way the new pipes sound AWESOME!!
Next week I will be heading to Nashville TN. for SU! Leadership seminar and I am sooo excited . I will show you my swaps later .

I saw this cute snowman card that my sweet friend Roxy made HERE and I just had to make one too .. check out Roxy's snowman. She used the Heart to Heart punch for her hands on her snowman ( sooo cute).
This snowman seems to be looking up at the snow falling

I punched his eyes out with crop-a-dile before I punched out with the 1 1/4" circle punch. After I punched out I then layered the 3/4"x 15/16 Medium Oval punch# 120908 in Black card stock behind the eyes. Carrot nose was hand cut and mouth was added with Black marker #100082
Here is another one of the cards we made at Hollys class/ workshop Friday night . Just the cutest reindeer ever ..
The reindeer idea came from Danielle Vincent over on Stampin' Connection ( a special web site just for SU! Demonstrators ) She used the Owl punch #118074 for the reindeer (just cut of his feet) eyes are using the owl punch as well but with black & whisper white card stock .
OH my goodness this card is sooo sweet and everyone loved it at Hollys party .
I used the 1/2" circle punch#119869 for their nose and the Snowflake punch # 119852 for their antlers .
Hope this card brought a smile to your beautiful face today .

P.S Last Night I had to take my honey bunch to ER . He was fixing the pipe downstairs and it fell right on top of his head ..
Needless to say he has a HUGE 3 1/2" cut and had to get 14 staples in his head OUCHIE!!
PLUS they had to shave a spot of his hair off to get to the cut . I would show you the photo/s But they are kinda GROSS maybe one day after we get the staples out in 2 weeks until then he can't wash his hair for 1 week so Jessie and I must come up with some very creative hairdos for him LOL
Hopefully they have it all fixed now and I will get to see you again tomorrow :)
