Well Yesterday while I was catching up on my sleep between church services I had a brain  storm of an idea  for my  craft fair ..  as most of you know My target  audience will be men and  small childern  and of course women too but  anywho you get the idea .. I will share my  idea with you  as soon as It makes it from  drawing paper  to  design and actual project .. I am sooo excited ..

Here is the  card I have been taking about that I  had my stampers club members make  a few weeks back for the Oct meeting  I loved it so Much That I also reproduce it  for my  ATC swap  with SCS  that " Jen " invited me to join in on  ( if anyone  is interested I am in Group 4  OH my lots of fabulous stampers  in my group I can hardly wait to see all their ATC designs ….  This  is a Very easy card Just lots of steps .. like the background, embossing , sponging, stamping ,  daubing..

So here is my finished  ATC card with the full size version ..I really love little sets like this to photograph seems like its makes it simple to  set up  and looks sooo cute .. Embossing resist is what  this technique is called . I used  clear embossing powder  with the petal prints  stamp set over top of the french script, and  Warm words ( Cherish ) onto Vanilla CS  .. I wanted to make sure my embossing was the   last  step since I wanted to have the  french script & the word Cherish  come through under the weeds ( or whatever you call then thingys )  I also used perfect plum CS  for the edge and ink for the  resist part and I also used vanilla  craft ink  for the outlined weeds and sponged all the edges of the sage shadow and perfect plum . For the background I used Aida BG w/ sage shadow ink on sage shadow CS , mated the  embossing resist image on pale plum  and toped it off with cream  GG ribbon  and a vintage brad  .. Like I said lots of steps But sooo worth it IMHO ( In My Humble Opinon) I really love the way  it turned out .

Today I must  make  the project  I was mentioning   at the begining of my post  so thats whats on my list of things to do today .. wish me luck ..  Because you know as well as I do sometimes things in your head dont  come out the way you planed ..  But then again sometimes it turns out better right ?
