Here is another one of those simple  whisper white cards with NO layers .. I used  my reinkers  ( cool carribbean, and marigold morning )  along with my aqua painter to color the images in.  I love how vibrant the colors are when using the reinkers .. Just squeeze a couple drops of reinkers into the lid of your  ink pad and  using your aqua painter or your blender pen  you can just pick the color up from the lid . For this card I used the new sell-a-bration set  called" Delight in life ". I also made a mask for the flower and stamped the background ( making a  mask is simple )

Use a scrap piece of cs and stamp image  then cut out .. this image will then be laid on top of the  card image so I can stamp right on top of it  without  interferring  with the  card image .. I keep all my masks  in the stamp set  so just in case I may want to  do the masking thing again in the near future. Here is another discription of MASKING if your interested .

Last nights club meeting was fun .. lots of laughs as usual.  We had the 6 of us there… What more could anyone want   friends,  Food ,Stamping  and a warm buliding  YAHOO!   Yes  Warm buliding is the  word   these past few days .. I am just  SO thankful we have not got dumped on with snow like many of you have already .. I really    think the snow is pretty But when you have a bad knee going on in that snow is NO fun!!

My hubby  bought me a pair of clippers  Hee! Hee! ( at least thats what I call them )    a few years ago ..They are actually called GET-A-GRIP (advanced)   they cost under 20.00 bucks  on  that site I listed   above and I cant tell you how great these  grips really are. I wear the medium  size and I wear  a shoe size of 8.5 .. these grips stretch  right over my shoes .. and I have had mine like I said for over  3 years now and I havent replaced the grips yet .. But this site also sells the replacements for those also .. YAHOO! I can go out in the  snow and ice with the comfort of not feeling like I will slip and fall ..  and falling for me would not be good  since one of my left knee no longer bends  ( I have lost 30% mobility in my left knee ) Have you heard the saying .. I’m falling and I cant get up? ..   Thats me NO kidding .  These grips are so easy to put on  and I can wear them  with  my tennis shoes ( which I am in 24/7.. Gotta love tennis shoes ..  I just wouldnt wear them on  certain  flooring  since the  grips on the bottom  do leave tiny hole marks  ( my front wood  porch  is living  proof  )

Well I am off to  get around for church this morning  . the the whole month of Dec our lesson  for Sunday school is focused on Jesus Birth .. ( The REAL reason of CHRISTMAS )  Today our lesson  tells us about the angels  who spoke to Mary and Joseph.. Hey have  you seen THE Nativity Story yet ?  Me and my mom will be seeing this movie  maybe this upcoming week ( cant wait ) hubby and  daughter went and seen it with the youth group and I didnt go  since I was getting things ready for my craft show .. anywho .. I really  really want to see it ..  hubby and daughter said its  great!! Really makes you think of all they went through  ( and I am sure it wasnt even 1/2 of  ALL they went through Kinda like the "Passion of the Christ " just gave a glimpse of what  happened  to Jesus ..  Loved that Movie, anyway I cant wait to see The Nativity  Story.

Looking forward to  the play tonight at church  with the little ones .. My big part is directing the kids when to go on stage ..YAHOO! I can handle that  right ?  We have our last pratice today after church  at 2:00pm  and  will be there  until  service starts again at  6:00pm
