Where would we be without our Friends ? I really like the way this card turned out even though I had no idea when I 1st started making it .. Kinda went punch crazy with this one But It seems to be fun and whimsical to me .. I added a bunch of tiny jewels to a few of the punches and to the center of the flower on the friends part .. Broke out my hodge podge goodies ( they have been collecting a little bit of dust ) and I used the tiny buckle and tied a knot in the center of that. I also used the 3/4 circle punch and the 1/2 circle punch on the " Loves me" designer paper with all those circles . and lets not for get the heart in the bottom right corner all alone,she seemed to go perfect with the tiny saying …
Well today is my Birthday .. I am turning the Big 40.. I don’t seem any different Funny how you never do feel different HUH? I mean really think about it .. when we are actually born into this world we feel different dont you think ? No more being warm comfy, cozier inside of mom..Funny how God doesn’t let us remember that exact moment of being born maybe cause its too traumatic I dont know .. and then there’s Mom giving birth why is it we forget the pain of birth also … Something magical happens from God thats for sure.. We went out to dinner with my mom last night to celebrate our Birthdays even though Hubby wasn’t feeling good he still went .. Poor baby cakes !! I Have Money from Christmas and Mom gave me money last night for my Birthday sooo It seems I am hot on the trail for a Cuttlebug possibly.. Just love what everyone is doing with this Fabulous machine . I Just want to get the best deal to make my money go far cause once I get the machine I know I will want every embossing folder there is.. will keep you posted on my search for my own cuttlebug adventure ..

A Few of you have asked about our trip to the homeless shelter we visited again to help out at on New Years eve .. It was a HUGE Blessing again .. I had went downstairs to help with the clothes closest this time and WOW what a blessing that was .. Something that stood out to me was when a homeless gentleman helped me go up the stairs .. Can you believe that ? Here I was there to help serve them and I was getting help .. Brings tears to my eyes I tell ya .. I told him as he grabbed my arm to help me as I started going up the stairs, did you know I had a bad knee and he just looked at me and smiled ME TOO! from the time on when ever we seen each other we would wave and wink kinda like kindred spirits I suppose .. What a blessing .. and Of course I cant wait to go down there again.
My Friend Gina sent me an email and the 1st 3 titles stood out to me …

Well today is filled with going to the DMV and renewing my car tags ( I know nothing like waiting until the last minute ) and of course a little stamping is on the menu also ….Have a fabulous day and Thanks so much for peeking in today and get this .. Hope your cuttlebug adventures turn out well 🙂 The best deal so far I’ve seen is going to Michael’s and using their 40% off coupon. Some people have said they won’t let you use it for that – but my husband was able to use it when he purchased mine for Christmas. I think it ended up costing him around 35.00 – 40.00 – which opened up the rest of the cash flow for those embossing folders. I can NOT get enough of those. Bought a bunch off ebay and they arrived yesterday. Yipee!
