I had to make another one of my Kelly AKA Atomicbutterfly cards .. Just love the window sheet effect it gives on this card..( See the shadowing under the window sheet where the saying is ?) ( Thanks again KELLY ) Hey by the way did you hear ?? SU! will be bringing the window sheets back very soon ..YAHOO! For my Always Happiness card I used cool Caribbean , Loves me DS paper, taken with teal , black & whisper white Card stock . Along with Cool Caribbean classic ink , I stamped the image from Happy Harmony twice on to whisper white 1st time full ink 2nd time picked stamp up and moved a tad bit over and re stamped image with out re inking image I then added 2 silver Brads and a piece of twill tape . I used White staz-On for the image on the window sheet. I love my white Staz-On Most because it does dry so quickly Unlike the white craft ink ( which I still love for other projects ) Just remember that the white staz on ink pad comes UN Inked so you will have to ink the pad yourself BUT the white staz-on ink pad comes with a refill bottle .. The reason we ink them ? I have heard they dry out very quickly .. even though I haven’t run into this situation yet with mine … OH and dont forget to take the plastic cover off before inking ..( But keep this plastic part to keep your Staz-On ink pad moist for as long as possible ) If you don’t have a white staz-On ink pad in your collection yet ..What are you waiting for ?.. Its FAB-0.
Yesterday I shared the computer with my hubby ( His lap tap is on its last leg ) so I am sorry if I haven’t gotten back with you yet if any of you emailed me questions re garding my tutorial .. I have seen alot of your purses you made using the directions I posted yesterday , I am blessed you emailed me what you made .. WOWZIE I love all your purses also.. so talented you all are !! Hi Dawn, Got a tip for you. I apply foam tape on the inside lid of my Stazon pad. Put the plastic cover over the pad, remove the paper from the adhesive of the form tape and put the Stazon lid on. Press firmly where the form tape is and wall-lah, you never have to worry about loosing the plastic cover and it’s aways covering the pad. I learned that somewhere, but can’t remember where. Just thought it was a great tip especailly for stampers like me who seem to have all my supplie pile up around my stampin’ area.
