Howdy everyone !! I am soooo happy you stopped by today … I was sooo excited about this card yesterday I could hardly wait to post it on here this morning .. I tried my hand at this weeks new CC96( Color challenge on SCS by Emily) BUT I had to use Green Galore instead of Gable Green( OK So maybe this doesn’t actually fit into the CC this week but thats what got the juices flowing for me with this card ) ..Once again this card took a mind of it own once I made those scallops with the slit punch .. It really all came together what seemed to be by itself .. of course I had to do a little head tilting , and hold it way out in front of me ( have you all ever done this) to grasp the whole color combo and see what looks the best for the layout .. Hee! Hee! well here it is .. I love it so much so that I thought I would send it in to SU! for their contest But not sure if this set will be posted yet in the gallery what do you think ? This set will not be released until the spring mini , SO Maybe I will wait until then to mail it in . .. You really can not tell in this photo but the Pink passion has a window sheet overlay on top and stamped the paisley in White stazon, I also added green eyelets & I colored the flowers with Markers same as the colors of CS I used ( Pink passion, Green Galore & Lavender lace ) Then Of course I added the white gel pen dots on scallops , base of card and to the top edge and then stamped HAPPY in the bottom right corner with Black classic ink .. Just love how the colors jump at ya .
Today Ain’t no telling what I will get into since daughter will be gone ALL day and into the evening for the basket ball homecoming game seems I will have at least 12 hrs to my self to stamp , clean , & do whatever since there will be no break in my day to go pick her up at school this afternoon .. so Mom ( me ) has a totally FREE day all to myself .. I couldn’t make anything worth showing with these colors, lol. But that card is gorgeous! But then everything you make is gorgeous, you are one of my stamping heroes, I love your cards!
