Its FRIDAY YAHOO!! No  stamping required  for todays post project . I just love   SU! simply scrappin kits . Don’t you .. so many  great things we can do with them. OOPS I am sorry I did do a little  tiny bit of stamping with my new set "Fancy Flexible Phrases " from the winter mini Love this set of really small fancy words  I stamped the sweet, sweet, sweet on  certainly celery  and layered that on to a small  strip of the border  thats included in the SS kits .Yesterday I received my GR  goodies, something only Demonstrators would understand ( sorry)   anyway I  cashed in a few of my points  and I got all the 12 x12  card stock .. YAHOO! I think  since I started stampin I have only like 2 color groups in  12 x12  so WOWZIE now I am all set . Today I have to finish up on my project worksheet  for  my classes Other than that  I have to check in with my mom she was sooo sick  yesterday  stomach flu  she was in really bad shape yesterday and I  was worried about her  since she started doing those NASTY things  that happen when your  sick  at 4:00am yesterday morning  and didn’t stop until  after 3:00pm yesterday , She said her stomach felt worse  than having a baby ( ME ) so  please be washing your hands   everyone it is still going around  and its a doozie of a flu . Poor Momma..  I want to send a HUGE Thank you out to all of you that bought my Scissor charms  yesterday .. You all are going to love them .. I have  all  your charms  ready to be sent to you .. Even  had to put hubby to work after Jaycene  ordered 15 large . I  will still be selling them  so if you ever need  a  scissor charm check back here .. Just a really cute  and  smart way to ID your scissors  and  also add some bling ( Bling is good right ?) I have some cleaning to do in my stamp room  today  and maybe some stamping is in order  especially  since my calender  is jammed pack with Birthdays and Anniversarys cards to be sent ..  OH MY I almost forgot to mention BE praying  for my Hubby because he has a job  opportunity to go to Africa  for 10 weeks  and work in a refinery   using his  skills as a Journeyman electrician..  What an awesome  Opportunity. He has always loved going to places like this  while in the Navy Seabees  and since getting  out  of the  Arm Forces the only exotic place we  been is  Florida  🙂  Yup Disney Land  Hey  maybe not Exotic  but  sure FUN!! and when He comes back after  10 weeks or so  the company will  send him some where else. The only reason I am  excited for him is that I know he can handle it ( remember he is a man that can do just about anything ) Just pray his foot heals up  quickly ..  He is sooo excited about going .. His name will be kept on the books here in MI  at the union hall  he is # 1600 on the books so it looks to be a long haul  before he gets back to his electrical union  job .  Hey  not sure  how jobs are going  across the country  in the US but it sure is NOT looking  good here in MI  All the cuts  from the Big 3  and  even more  it is soo scary  and I feel so Bad for those that  are getting  cut from their job.. Funny thing  when we 1st got out of the military  everyone was telling my hubby to get a job in one of the auto plants  that  there was security  in those jobs  and well  14 years later  There is NO  security anywhere  ( except in my Lord  Jesus Christ Of course )  Job security that is .. and Let me just tell  you  something else     with new taxes  from our  lovely  Governor ( being  sarcastic )  she is  going to be  trying to pass  a new tax here in MI  for business to business .Whats that you say Read about it here .. well if you have any services  done  example : hair cut, mufflers on car ,  brakes done ,  anything that requires you to  have  a company  do a service for you   we will be taxed on   not only the parts BUT labor too DO you all realize  how many taxes we all pay  In the US? and why?  A Thousand of years ago , even as little as a  100 years  ago  we didn’t have all these taxes  and we were the  most   richest country ever .    Ok I am off my soap box  and thanks for  being patient  while I  shared  that .. cause I feel  alot better now OK well as good as  can be expected .  after all that I  have to say I am  Thankful today .. I am Thankful for being a Christian,  having my Family and friends  and Of course  stamping  My list is endless   for things I am Thankful for .. Make your list today .
