Whitney got her cards yesterday .. But not until after I pulled a April Fools On her ( Poor Whitney ) yesterday after Sunday school I had called Whitney into my class and I took her by the hands and told "Whitney I had all your graduation cards done and called your mom on Wednesday to see if I should bring them to church on Wednesday night and she told me you were not going to be there , She then told me to just bring them on Sunday " I went on to say "That I had put them in my car so I wouldn’t forget to bring them on Sunday and That something terrible happened " That I had left the back seat car window down and all the rain we got Saturday night damaged all her cards and there wouldn’t be enough time to make her cards again "OF course I said all this with tears in my eyes and then she looked at me and tears coming to her eyes she said in a small whisper " Thats ok " I just couldn’t do it any more and I then hugged her and said APRIL FOOLS " and then gave her all her cards .. Look at that smile ..Just priceless I tell ya .. Of course she was off showing everyone and also telling everyone how cruel I am Hee! Hee! …

Richard has called me a couple times this weekend to let me know he has arrived in Iraq he got to Kuwait on Friday and then Saturday he called and told me he had arrive to his the next city ( cant even pronounce the name ) then yesterday he called and left a message must have been while we were at church, anyway he has one more flight in a couple days to reach his permanent location .. seems he has some more training there where he is at right now . He seems to be up in spirits Praise God for that ..
NOW for something stampin ..HUMMM Had to case Jan Tink’s card from Our Stampin success magazine I really love the way she added a smiley to the center of her flower..I used all purples for my card along with white craft ink for background flowers from the set called Sweet on you from Winter mini along with Small saying from Winter mini also . a very simple But super cute card ..I added some purple GG ribbon along with a snip of black gg ribbon and of course some faux stitching with my white gel pen was added Thanks Jan for the inspiration..

Dawn that was cruel but thankful untrue…she does have a beautiful smile…I had a real bad April fools last year. My daughter calls me at work that their was a summons in the mailbox and that my husband was suing me for DIVORCE!!! My heart just about jumped out of my skin….we weren’t having any problems that I know of…well it took everything for me to call him on the telephone because I am the most impulsive person and couldn’t wait until I got home….(he was out of work due to a job injury) I called and said is there anything you need to talk to me about and he said, “APRIL FOOLS”. Needless to say to me it wasn’t a funny joke and didn’t speak to him for a while and after he thought about it, he too thought it was in poor taste. I definitely will never forget that day!!!
Speaking of April Fools Day…..I put up sticky notes in my house to remind me of the day…. because someone gets me everytime. I’m happy to say no one got me yesterday…maybe they took pity on me since I’m sick.

Awesome case & April fool prank. I didn’t even try to pull anything off yesterday. Just made a huge breakfast after church then took my nascar nap before starting homemade chicken soup since Alex & Ed are still sick. I needed to elevate my foot/ankle as much as I could since it is bothering me again a year after the initial injury.
