Over the weekend I received this super cute card from Simone Collins( a fellow blogger )  .. I love the way she   used this set  on her card .. Behind the  grasshopper she added a  slide out that says Bugs and Kisses  and you all know me I  am a sucker for  moving  cards  in any shape or form . I also received   this   super cute card from Yosha.. She  also used my Favorite color you cant pick it up in this photo But she also used shimmery  white Cardstock  also which I  just love  too  Love her color combo too Thank you so Much Yosha ..

Last but surely not least   this  beautiful  card come from Annette  Talpas.. Don’t you love seeing all the Great things  everyone is doing with punches these days .. I love  the  cool Caribbean  with all those different  colored  designer paper punch outs  Thank you  so much Annette

As you can tell I am up early this morning I am going to be going to see my RA doc this morning  and he will also be giving me my surgery clearance  today also  for May 10th .

Richard called  twice this weekend  YIPPY!!  everything is going as well as can be expected over there HE did  find a mattress  for his Cot  which I  am sure is alot better for his  body than the thin  cot  he had ..  he said he has someone building him some  shelfs and a dresser drawers  and maybe a desk  for his area .. He  has also since moved  out of  the  spot by the heater / air  conditioner  he is more now  in  the front area of the tent . They didn’t  celebrate Easter over there  yesterday  seems  only Christmas and  Thanksgiving  are  holidays they  honor over there with a day off if they request it  off ..  He said he worked  right next to the Ufratees ( sp?)  river  a couple days ago .. How cool is that .. Seems  he is settling in ok .. I did   finally receive his luggage  in the mail on Saturday and  I have sent more things aside for his package  to be sent out .  Today I will be going to  get him some   light shirts  for him to  wear  Its really starting to get   pretty warm over there  during the day .. even though mornings and evening are  still  on the cool side  for temps. Thank you all for your continued  prayers  for him..  Today I am expecting my demo  order from SU!  I am sooo excited  to get a few new goodies to play with  and hopefully will   have something new to share with you  this week  instead of Mr Crabby pants .. even though he is  still sitting  right by  the edge of my desk  Just incase I get that  feeling again  Hee! Hee!

Yesterday   our New Pastor was sooo amazing ..  and even better last night . Have you ever had a comment made on your card  that  all you wanted to do was cry ?  This happened yesterday  with Robyn  (  my Pastors wife )   we met up  in of all places..In  the ladies room and she   told me  Dawn I just want to thank you  for  your card to gave me the last time we were here .  I keep it right here in my purse (  she even opened her purse and showed me right where it was )  and she said  my card  has brought her so much comfort  the last  couple months  that she looked at it  daily  to  help her  get through the rough time she was having  with leaving her old church, Family and friends to move up here to Michigan .. every time she  said she would look at my card  and it  helped her  to  calm down and realize  where  her and Brad where  moving too.. OH MY Goodness ..  I can soo relate to how she must have been  feeling  since  our last pastor left  a year ago now and the feeling we all  had  seeing them leave  and How tough it  was  for us  but I am sure it was even tougher  on them to leave  us .. I can only imagine  how it was for Brad and Robyn to leave to come to us .. You see  you never really know how much  your card touches someone  at least I never  seen it  before 1st hand  how much a simple card  can help someone  else in such a  meaningful way  ..    We are soo very blessed to  have Brad and Robyn  in our lives  and Its only going to get Better… Praise God !!

Red is  for  Blood , My Salvation He’d win.

Blue is for Baptism  when Faith I received ,

White is for the cleansing of my sin. I believe!

Green is for  studying His word  so I’ll Grow,

and Yellow is for the  Promised  of Heaven  where 1 day I  will go ..

Awesome huh? It reminds me of the  little book of colors  also .. the whole plan of Salvation  in the colors of a rainbow   that even a child can understand  and not make it so  complicated. and speaking of Rainbows Such a  AWESOME promise God made and he NEVER forgets ..
