Yesterday’s Therapy was real hard ( yes even tears where shed ) BUT the good news is that I can bend my knee at 90 degrees not bad since I left the hospital it was bending at 50 degrees.. And My swollen knee has went down by 2 cm still swollen though But at least it is going down. Its hard to believe it has been over 1 week know ..
