I thought  I would share a RAk I received  from  Tracy K  she sent  some goodies in for cards in for the troops   and she also sent this little surprise in her package for me .. Soooo cute huh?  Love those  colors girlie   and  That set is sooo awesome ..Here’s crossing my  fingers it makes the new catalog .. Thank you  so Much Tracy for your adorable  card.. It reminds me of the tropic’s so  cheerful and  bright ..

Continuing with the  FUN Friday I thought I would share some photos  from yesterday with all of you .. I went to PT and  took my camera along of course Todd gave me a hard  time  about ( Joking of course )  and  I asked   him  to help take  some photos of me in  that Torcher  Chamber  thingy that helps  straighten my  knee out ..( Please notice  how sqished  the   seat is that my foot is on .. That thing is  pulling  down on my knee like you  wouldn’t believe)   BUT guess  what? Right after  that  6 mins , I went from a  – 12 (   earlier this week ) to -5  yesterday I was sooo happy .. I  cried YUP !! Not  sad  or hurting tears  though But  HAPPY tears  that this machine  thingy  is actually helping so Much ..Praise  God for that .. Then I  also got this photo of Todd  Just thought  you all would like to see him ..  This was taken yesterday  also  I told Todd  to give me a mean face   and thats what I got Hee! Hee! I guess this photo  makes  him look mean  cause he was showing me I still have over 3 Min’s  left in the torcher chamber  thingy ..

My friend Gwen sent me  this  really  funny  LINK   yesterday you  really have to watch it ~ ALL ..  Keep your eye and ears open for the   man in the center.. Its sooo funny .. This guy made me  laugh so Hard I swear I also PIMP’s   cause if you only knew  Rich’s fake laugh he does like this all the time  with me and Jessie around the house .  Only thing is Rich  is  faking  his Laugh & I really  don’t think this guy in  the link is faking it …Thank’s Gwen  for sharing this with me .. Made my  laugh ..

I can not believe  how much I  couldn’t  do  before with my bad knee. Yesterday  it was really  clear to me that I  really must have been  pretty bad  cause I do not remember doing  so much in one day   here is what  I  got to do since  I got  back home  from P.T   yesterday morning   Jessie and I went to the gym ,came home and  then totally  cleaned   My bedroom , my stampin room ,  Vacumed  all down stairs ,   cleaned stove top ,  cleaned microwave,  cleaned off the top of the frig , stamped the rest of this years catalog ( 4 )  with the LIPS stamp ~in Red ink  of course (  ya know kissing them  bye bye ) , did 2 loads of landry,  Cut Jessie’s Hair   OH and packed everything up  for my  stampin  clubs this weekend    BUT  While  packing up   all the goodies for the  clubs  yesterday evening , I was cleaning  my scissors with  goo gone  and  I  sliced my  2nd finger  Ouchie ..  Nothing hospital worthy But  man that finger  bled . Thank goodness  a good old  Band aid    fixed  it .. and Thank goodness  It happened  After all the above  was finished ..
