Okey dokey  girls  here is another Brand Spank’n New  Hostess Level 2 set  that will be   in the Brand  new catalog  called IN The Spotlight .. I just love this set ..  and I really love the New "IN colors"  that I used  to pair  up for this  beauty .. I used  Groovy Guava  with Purely  Pomegranate  also used my new  set from the Fall /Winter preview mini  Hugs & Wishes  The only thing  that is  something Old is  the white  gel pen I used for the  doodles .. I also  colored more  white GG ribbon with the Groovy  Guava  re inker .. Gotta love those reinkers girls .. Make  sure you add one  to your  list  when you get your ink pads   cause  you will wish you had .. I just tell’n Ya  ahead of time. 

While  at  PT  yesterday I was reading the  readers Digest  Mag. while I was in the  stretcher  machine  to help get my  knee  to extend .. anyway I came  across this  write up about church signs .. Don’t you love them … anyway I  thought I would share  THIS LINK WITH YOU and  give  you a  chuckle today .. Boy  some of these are really  Great and thought  provoking thats for  sure ..I think I may  write down a few for Bro Dave at our church to   put up on our Church sign . The one I really  thought was  awesome was  "We use Duct Tape to fix  Everything  God uses Nails "..  Or How about this one " Give Satan an Inch , He will be  a ruler "   pretty awesome HUH?

Yesterday Jessie and I went to the gym as planned  right after I got home from the RA doc  ( which that was  funny  cause I  took my  mini scrapbook in and  showed him  all  the  yucky photos I really think he was  diggin it .. I think it may be a doctor thing ) anyway    I  didn’t  do much at the gym Jessie  knew what she was going to do and  went to town .. I planted  my butt on the  safest thing 1st which was the bike  and since I do 10  mins on that at PT I thought I would start with 10 mins  on that . Jessie started there with me  at 1st then she was off doing the  weights and the  stair master  ( Yea like I  am up to all that right now.. I wish )   so after my  10 mins on the bike  I headed for the treadmill  and  did that for  what seems like 2 mins  but ended up being 15 mins .. Want to know why the time flew bye?  well My hubby’s  trainer  MATT  came over and  stood  right between  me and Jessie  on the sides of the  treadmill and   we were chatting about   my hubby  and  everything ..  I had never met Matt before But he knew  Jessie  from when her and Rich  went to the Y all the time  and  well you really cant miss her  being  6’1 and all , Oh my  what a nice Guy  But  Tough  exterior  bald head,  Big  ring holes in his ears,  Goatee  and  Major tattoos  all over I  would have never  guessed him as  a  Trainer But as a biker  and maybe thats why My hubby and Him hit it off .. So needless to say any  conversation about my hubby  sure made that time on the treadmill  fly bye ..  Well that  was about all the  gym  thing I got to do  yesterday  which was  enough since  I really  did  get a much more intense  workout with Todd  at PT . Up  tears  flowed with Todd  again yesterday I tell ya I  call him the  pain master .. This machine   for stretching my knee  Man  It don’t look like much But  when he  has me sit in the chair and hook  this  plastic thingy  around me knee   with Bungee cords  to the  base board I am sitting on with my chair  and then pulls that  top  cord to tighten it up .. I  think it  sends me through the roof  with pain . 3 mins is  all I can take  and thats  really pushin it  ALOT!!! and  then there’s the   Huge  rubber band that My  feet go into and  I   walk the hall 2 times  keeping my  legs apart  without that HUGE rubber band   getting any slack ..  let me tell you ..  My hips  will be GONE in no time  and I do not see  where this is  really working my knee  Cause by the time I am  1/2 way through the  1st hall pass I  swear my hips  are  Burning like you  would NOT believe..  So as much as I would have like  to  do alittle more at the gym yesterday  I  am glad I just did  what I did do .. and to think I  have to do it all again  at PT this morning ..

I  got  some  Beautiful blogger RAK’s  Yesterday  so today  on the list of things to do is  take some photos  of these beautys and share tomorrow  with you all .. I also  got a  Huge BIG box of   Hundreds of envelopes  and some precious cards from Renee  Artrilli  yesterday also .. Thank you all  for  sending  envelopes  for our  troop cards  Seriouly  Thank you  just doesnt  seem  Like enough of a  word of appreciation  for all  that you  girls have done  for our troops  you all are Just amazing .. and you all  know who you  are  Big hugs and kisses to each of you ..  I also  am planning on  going to staples  and  buying   hundreds more of envelopes  with   the money  that   you  girls  donated  for our  cards for the troops  / Operation  Glitter Drop Thank  you   all so very much  you all  can not  ever  imagine the blessing you all are to our troops .. By the way I  am  still waiting on photo’s  from hubby  to share with you all and he promises  photos  will come soon so stay tuned .. Thank you  from the bottom of my heart   for  all of  you being  such  glitter angels
