Howdy girls .. Not to sure what this technique is called I recall something about Rediform but its not coming to me anyway so I will call it The Star Burst just cause it looks like a star HUH? anyway I will post the tutorial for this Hopefully in the next couple of days stay tuned .. I used the WISHING YOU CHEER for the center image Whisper white cardstock and Bashful Blue ink was used and my SU! markers were used to color in the snowman and then added dazzling diamonds .. such a simple card don’t you agree ?
