Those photos make stop you dead in your tracks and make you realize just how "real" things are.

I have a question and I hope you will pardon my ignorance if I should know the answer to this question but, are the stars on the American flag supposed to be on the upper left corner? In the photos, the flags on their shirts have the stars in the upper right corner. Is there a specific reason for that?
