Getting up well before dawn on Christmas Day and waking everyone else up…I mean I usually woke up around 4AM…but on Christmas Day it was like 3AM!!! Also our huge Christmas Dinner with friends and family (4 of the 6 families owned catering businesses and all of them were Italian…so cooking was in the blood). We had quite the feast!
