Dawn,
Happy Cruising
Beautiful cards and I wanted to let you know that your cards have helped me find some creativity that I couldnt find for a while so I want to honor you with the sunshine award. Please visit my blog to get instructions to posting your award to your blog www.escrapsandstamps.blogspot.com thank you for all the beautiful cards.

I am a 70 year old grandma who barely uses the computer and does not know how to blog. If you google Valita's designs and fresh folds, you will find this lady's wonderful tutorial. I followed her instructions but added a lace effect using the scalloped border punch with WWCS to make a narrow strip, cutting it very close to the scalloped edge and gluing each strip under each folded edge. I used the Abundant Hope stamp set, coloring it in with various shades of yellow markers. The leaves were colored with certainly celery and old olive. CS: WW and more mustard. It reminds me of my grandmother's handkerchiefs. I hope this helps. I'm SO glad you liked my card.
