Shimmer, Shimmer,Shimmer....

Hi Stampers :

I thought I would make a video to show you how I make my Shimmer paint into the Shimmer Mist using Champagne Mist shimmer paint # 116806 ( Since I use this so much) Plus a highlight of 2 new Smooch products .

Dawn, is the Shimmer Paint an acrylic paint? Or an alcohol based paint? I tried making a shimmer mist with alcohol and acrylic metallic paint and it clogged up my sprayer.

I love my shimmer mist sprays!! The only thing is that different bottles have different sprayers and I found the generic bottles usually spray more (I don't like that look), whereas the mini hairspray bottle had a finer spritzer head.

I am having some trouble with the shimmer mist that I make "congealing" in the bottle...it's almost like the rubbing alcohol eats up the shimmer paint :( Do you have any trouble with this happening? I can't store the shimmer mist I make or this happens and I can't spray it and it makes a mess in the spray bottle...it's a waste to not be able to store it for use later...HELP!
