Happy Sunday friends !
This past week Hubby got new LED lights for his Harley and WOW what a difference those made . Just wish he had them when he did the Hoka Hey .
This past week my Sciatic flared up and sitting and walking has been so painful by the time Friday rolled around I was really wondering if I was going to be able to make it to Founders Circle .
Wednesday I went to my Chiropractor and she says the nerve can get inflamed just by doing something as simple as sitting a little different or over reaching . Just wish I new what I did so I don't ever do this again .
Well needless to say every day last week I have been icing and laying down (90% of my days last week were in bed) .
I knew if I was even thinking of going to Founders I had to finish up the last 45 swaps that I still needed to make and just in case I wasn't able to attend I could send them to one of my friends to swap them for me .
As of this morning I am feeling better ( Praise God!) But you know how you can still feel that pain and I still seem to be pampering it even more .
Dr. Leigh ( My Chiropractor) gave me BioFreeze & MyoCalm P.M which are a natural muscle relaxer and those have helped so much. I am taking (2) pills every 4 hours …. Plus a good pain lifter is when my Jessie colored and cut my hair for me .
As of this morning I am planning on going to Founders Circle and worse case would be that they would have to wheel me to my gate since the flight I always take to St. George is at the very end of the terminal of Detroit Metro and on good days it's no biggie BUT when the pain hits my leg it seriously takes my breath away.
I have Never felt anything so terrible in pain …. Even compared to my RA, which with my RA that's a constant/throbbing pain on certain days BUT with this Sciatic~ it's a Sharp pain that nearly knocks me over .
I appreciate your prayers .
Here is my Sunday Share video .
This Song Is so AMAZING and I can never sing it with out crying . God is so AWESOME that the Mountains Bow down and the Seas will Roar at the Sound of HIS name … Just makes me in Awe of how Amazing our God is .
In my life I imagine an audience of ONE ( my Savior ) and everything I do in my life will bring glory to HIM. Keeping my focus on that and not what people say Keeps it REAL for me.
Is it easy ? NO . It's a Daily struggle …
But the more I learn to keep "ME "out of the bigger picture ( It's NOT all about Me- Me -Me ) . The more I can let God use me the way he wants to so I can glorify HIM more .
Just like the sang says My God is My Comfort~ My Shelter ~ My Tower of Refuge and Strength.
NOTHING Compares to the Promise I have in HIM!
Have a Wonderful Sunday friends !
Until later.. Happy Stampin!

ps i agree God is a Great God, love the song.
Sorry to hear you are in such pain. Sudden sharp pain is the worst because you never know when it is coming. You are on edge just waiting for it to happen again. I hope that it clams down more and more every day so you can fully enjoy your trip.
Dawn, so sorry to hear you’re going through such pain. I just want to tell you that God definitely uses you for His glory…every time I check into your site, I feel a certain positivity reading your posts and hearing your cheerfulness on your videos. I always know that you love what you do and you love to share with others so that we can create beautiful things too! Thank you for that and I certainly hope you are better soon!
What an awesome testimony in the midst of pain and what could be a “poor me” posting!! Praying you recover quickly and can enjoy your day. Love your videos and especially this wonderful song to keep things in life in perspective. God is good all the time!!!
Praying for you Dawn. I have the same issue at times and have found the following helpful along with the icing… roll a rolling pin over your sore muscles, especially along your hip and legs. (It really works! I learned this from my PT!), and massage helps so much to relieve the nerve pain around the lower back and legs.
Thoroughly enjoy Founder’s Circle! I’m off to make the Raspberry Ripple Ribbon card you have on your website for my classes this week! I know they will love it!!
You are an inspiration and I know God will be glorified in your testimony of how he took care of you while you were away!

A beautiful testimony inspite of your pain! That’s my goal always, but somedays I am better at it than others. I mess up, but He never does! Praying for you!
Your sister in Christ!
As a fellow sufferer of both arthritis and sciatica, I totally empathize and sympathize with you!
The wheel chair is a most excellent idea.
Hey, looking forward to you posting a photo of your new hair color!
I am praying for you, Dawn. I speak 1 Peter 2:24 over you.
You are a BLESSING in so many ways!
Thank you for sharing this song today. I hadn’t sung it for quite a while, and I needed it. It is such a powerful song!
Have a blessed week!
God bless you,
Julie
I know exactly how you feel. I just finished a 2.5 month flare up of Satica nerve pain. I found that laying on the floor with my feet elavated on a chair really helped. Plus lots of walking. It would kill at first but start to ease up.
As well my hubby read somewhere at work 90% of back pain caused from not drinking enough water. So I took the challenge. Oh my goodness did that make a huge difference in my pain. I sure hope it passes quickly for you.
thank you so much for all that you share. I love coming and looking everyday.
Take care and enjoy founders circle.
