Happy Monday friends !
Here is another twist on the spotlighting . Today's card I used Whisper White for both layers .
I colored one of the pieces with Wisteria Wonder Marker and punched out random circles and then layered them onto the base layer .
It's simular to this card HERE But on that one I used the Daffodil Delight card stock for my circles .
I love this technique adds a slight punch to only highlighted areas of the beautiful Swallowtail butterfly stamp

I also used the Color Spritzer Tool #107066 on the background with the Wisteria Wonder marker #123002 ( In Color 2011-2013 Collection of Markers ).
